7) Living in NYC. From food to nightlife to arts, NYC has something to offer for everyone. End.

6) Camaraderie between fellows. As you ll come to find out if you join our program, our fellows are like a family. We arrange social events almost every week and everyone is happy help each other out.

5) Placement after fellowship. 100% of our fellows are successful in finding a job position after fellowship. Over the past few years, approximately half of our fellows have stayed on as faculty at NYU and most of the rest have found positions at prestigious academic institutions.

4) Perlmutter Cancer Center. At our NCI-designated cancer center, fellows have the opportunity to work with national oncology leaders.

Our research achievements of 2022 include 2 ASCO YIA grants, 3 fellows being accepted to Vail/aspen ASCO/AACR workshops, 2 oral presentations at ASCO 2022, more than 10 posters at major academic meetings.

3) Academic research focus. Our fellows have more than 18 months total of protected research time during their 3-year fellowship. Opportunities for research include clinical, translational and basic.
