Last week, i carried out field visits in Buwama, Kalungu, Masaka, Lwengo, Lyantonde, Mbarara and Isingiro. I noted great progress towards completion of capital projects, specifically, Kalungu water plant at R. Katonga, water supply improvement project in Lwengo and Kagera WTP.

Yesterday, 25-05-2023, was a wonderful day at Kampala Archbishop’s residence where a dinner activity was held, in preparation of H.E Archbishop Augustine Kasujja’s priestly and episcopal jubilee. I thank His Grace Archbishop Paul Ssemogerere for inviting me to officiate the fn.

The @nwscug ambitious business growth agenda (2023-2028) is clear: increase urban people served from 18m to 28m; pipe network length from 2.2m kms to 3.2m kms; assets under management from UGX 4.1Tn to UGX 6.6Tn, among others. People right mindset is part of the support system.

We appeal to those who have piped water to always know that those who don’t have it also deserve it because they pay taxes. That is, partly, where we derive economics of universal access. Thus, pay bills diligently.
