I’m taking a hard look on what is driving my teaching practices this year. I’m focused on the ‘why’ and ‘how’. Am I doing what is truly best for Ss? How am I reaching every S in my classroom? I’ve found there are a lot of ‘traditions’ in the classroom that fail those questions.
