My mom had lung cancer. Got admitted. Spent several days in the hospital. They said she needed a Pet Scan. I said ok. Let’s do it now. The hospital said no. She needed to be discharged and then come back next week. For insurance reasons. I offered to pay cash. They said no.
@mcuban We pay for supplemental insurance. Insurance says we get 2500 if admitted plus 250 a day. My wife was in the hospital for 3 says in april. Insurance wont pay out the 2500 because the hospital coded it as "observation " for 3, days as we skept in a hospital bed ate hospital food
