NPLCs & #primarycare NPs have played a significant role in #CovidVaccine efforts but our data is not captured. Primary care data in #Ontario ignores NPs. We can fix this so our decisions can be truly evidence based @ONThealth @,@celliottability @davidkaplanmd @afhto @AllianceON.
Unfortunately, rostering in primary care only applies to physicians. Until NPs can roster /register/enrol patients this data remains incomplete.

Self care for health care professionals is required. Our NPLCs work to ensure all staff are supported. Having fun at work is allowed and encouraged!.
Yesterday, we were able to get the Health Zone team out and in person to Gibbons Park to hold our monthly team meeting. It included lunch and a little game of Pictionary to get things started!

NPLCs are a brilliant example of the significant impact NPs can have on patient care when they are enabled to work to full scope of practice. Increases in patient assessments were seen during the pandemic.
