NOREF has signed a Letter of Intent with @SRE_mx, @UNAM_MX and @NoruegaMexCA to exchange experiences, bridge the academic-practitioner divide, and foster greater collaboration. This will no doubt better prepare us to address the challenges of our increasingly unstable world.
