Sustainability remains a forefront of continuous improvement for our Radiogy services. Well done to the teams on their acheivement!.
Well done to our breast screening team for halving their paper usage. After a three-month trial and adaptation by the whole team, a new form has been officially adopted in the service which will lead to a reduction of paper used at the first stage of breast screening by half.

We are so grateful for the opportunity to work our volunteer teams to help reduce our DNA rates and ensure our patients have the best possible experience, even before their arrival to us.
A new volunteer project is helping to prevent non-attendance, including on the day cancellations, in Radiology. In the first six months more than 3600 calls were made and the Did Not Attend rate for bone density scans has been reduced from 7.4% to 1.7%.
