The new OnceForScotland PDPR Policy mandates for mid-year as well as annual review. This session is an excellent opportunity to refresh skills and update knowledge to support having good conversations around development & review.
This Wed 26/2/25 9-10am, we are delivering an ‘Appraisals’ Bitesize Session, as part of the @NHSGrampian Manager’s Development Forum, with hints & tips to support managers/reviewers re these discussions & how to record on Turas Appraisal. Contact gram.wcd@nhs.scot for invite.
