#NGN2024 featured 30 contributed talks by participants at all career stages with ~40% female speakers. In addition, we had 68 posters, half by female researchers. We also featured a panel discussion on the ethical use of AI in research. #WomenInSTEM

Just wrapped up the @NGN_2024- the first in-person conference organized by me & @AmruthaSwamina1. The previous 3 editions of the meeting organized by the @IISERPune neuroscience community set a template of egalitarian & sustainable meetings focusing on early career researchers.
