Today we recognize Gold Star Mothers and Families Day. 🌟
It began during World War I with a simple accessory worn to represent a loved one who died in combat: a black armband with a gold star. Today, we recognize Gold Star Mothers and Families Day by remembering our fallen service members and honoring the families they left behind.
