It’s hard to start the gym. Easy to KEEP going. Hard to make some money. Easy to turn it into MORE money. Fire is surprisingly difficult to start.  But once it’s raging, it spreads extremely easily.  Success is exactly the same.

I always tell @LeilaHormozi when I’m driving “if you see something dangerous I missed, tell me” Best case: I already saw it and we’re all good. Worst case: I missed it and you save our lives. Feedback should work the same way if we can keep our egos in check.

Recently been catching up with all the studies/ findings with regards to nutrition since I took a break the past year with crypto/NFTs. The past few days I've been swinging towards a more animal based diet, not quite full carnivore but fairly close & I'm feeling so much better.
