Some themes in the April issue are authenticity and microdosing, constructions of parenthood in family-focused substance use treatment, reasons for not entering opioid agonist treatment, the tension between health and drug use in bodybuilding.

This year NAD published the 40th volume of the journal. We would like to thank our authors and reviewers and the active editorial borad for all the great work you have done. Next year we will have some changes coming up, including a new co-publisher.

We looked at contributions over the last four+ years. Our content mirrors larger shifts in research organisation, interests and funding, but we still manage maintain a Nordic identity, publishing critical conceptual, socio-cultural and policy research.
