Wanted to take a nap but im not missing out on Wanner and Bischof hoops im so locked in.

Have the day off work so went to the beach to train this morning, did 70mins straight of water walking. Barely did any ankle mobility excercices till now so this was much needed. Helps with balance aswell. Will try to clock in another session this evening for strides maybe.

Unless its the late hours of night silence throughout the day is too loud and unpleasant. Music moreso sets a consistent atmosphere that just gives ur mind sum to hold whilst ur doing shit. My spotify is on like 10hours a day no joke.

Forgot to mention but my ultimate goal is to do a sub 45'. I think my body is very capable of doing that but i still have huge issues controlling/maintaining pace. Those 3 times are too inconsistent, might blow up on race day due to fatigue. need to work on it.

Intervals session today (run 2km at race pace then recovery jog for 2mins, no stopping). Honestly very very satisfied with the timing. Before i started i set myself the goal of doing 2kms in 9mins/9:20mins. Smashed that. Need to build on this.

Football fans were all cheering that fake story about Hakimi supposedly "outsmarting" his wife financially because it fit their fantasy of "men beating the system". just raw misogyny lol. Lots of people don't care about justice they just get off on anything that hurts women.

Can i ask anyone with a brain on the timeline to tell me 3 things. 1- the reason why Zaragoza failed as a transfer here ?.2- what are the shortcomings of Karl ?.3- what's the similarities between both and the assessment we can make of this situation ?.
