Have now spent over 11 hours on hold with @Hyundai bluelink over the past week without ever talking to a person to try to get them to take my car out of stolen mode after they didn’t put it in there in time to do anything but cause hassles getting it back!.

Interesting that wealthy and educated broke even more towards Dems while they have pretty much utterly lost the working class and Repub looking more and more multiracial. Almost like….

Couldn’t even track it because of their API rate limits after awhile. Literally hours of customer service hell where at any time inmobilizing car would have kept public safer kept car less likely from being totalled etc.

WTF is the point of having real time remote control and GPS tracking of your car if the only way you can use it is to wade through hours of customer service hold time.

When I finally got through they didn’t want to do anything because I only had a badge number and police report and not the actual officer name so that was another 45 minutes and two disconnects.

Stolen cars not a priority for police and also I wouldn’t even want them to chase. Maybe get it back though? But @Hyundai was ridiculous. Time after time of long hold times and then they would just disconnect and never call back starting loop again.

Someone saw it barreling through an alley at 80mph after it should have been immobilized and now I can’t even access info about it and I’m sure its out of batteries and dumped.

Boggles my mind how many teams and companies refuse to even try not estimating tickets given that - everyone knows the probs with estimating and most places don’t even track how they are biased…and I’ve not ever seen a team not improve estimation using it….
