I’m enjoying listening to @CRSOOrchestra rehearse for the @tg_tsh NEU Primary School Orchestral Concert before I have to join them to rehearse my narration of ‘The Knight Who Took All Day’ after the break 🎼🎵🎶🎻🎺

The children were really creative: lots of musical ideas & some impressive solos. They demonstrated their excellent musical vocabulary and learnt some new music words too. #MusicEd #MusicEducation.
Byron & Brompton Westbrook School Orchestras joined forces today for a workshop with Tom from @musicatmalling.They listened to Beethoven’s 5th & the Inspector Morse theme for inspiration around Morse Code to compose & rehearse their own piece to mark VE Day. 🎼🎶🎵🎹🎸🥁🎻🎷

I was very proud of them.
Our year 4 recorders had a lovely afternoon & evening rehearsing & performing in The Recorder Festival at @Gravesend_GS They got to see & hear a ContraBass Recorder which was taller than the adult musician playing it! Their solo piece was a triumph & they showed dedication.🎼🎶🎵

Finally got to see brilliant @MusicDJC award winning musical @TCCOBBmusical with front row seats!.Absolutely amazing show. Fabulous cast of multi instrumentalist actor musicians. I laughed & I cried. If you haven’t seen it, you should!
