All today we have @PietaGreaves from @drakonheritage working on a couple of ceramic plates, which were damaged last year due to my poor handling. I was gutted at the time, I’m so pleased she’s helping to correct my mistake!

@museumhour The one thing I always want to know more about is which switch does what... working at older sites things are often creatively wired meaning switches can often turn off more than intended... #museumhour #museumoops

Great article by @gabyhinsliff for @guardian about the importance of how we respond to the failure of others-something we were set up to do!

So... I seem to be planning on submitting a #FoHMuseums case study to Museum Practice. *nervous noises* Want to share your own "experiences of working in front-of-house or advice to people who might want to follow a similar career path."? Find out more https://t.co/rzQBWOFLrG

When you realise (after congratulating yourself) that the 300+ records that you 'linked' to the object thesaurus did not in fact link, but just copied the term across. WHY #museumdocumentation #registrarlife #museumoops #tooearly

Hey, you magnificent people working in heritage and arts over the Bank Holiday. You're going to be helping people create some great memories, and have meaningful experiences. And you'll want to slap some of those people, but you'll meet some gems too.
