I don't know why PCB is so reluctant to hire female coaches/support staff. It's ok if they think our old players were not capable enough (which is shameful) they can hire foreign ones. Lekin nhi, women's cricket ko bacha khucha maal dena hai & they expect performances like Aus.

To be honest, teams should start investing in players who are more available and fit. Jofra can earn you a fifer when he plays but he'll play next after 6-8 months. That's total waste of money, time, energy and resources spent on rehabilitation. Not his fault though, I accept.

In last 15 months, starting from October 2024, we have played literally 6 bilateral internationals (3 ODIs, 3 T20Is). Other 12 matches were the part of ICC events and were there by default. Seriously? 6 matches arranged in 15 months? Camps and domestics are useless for this.
