実際上、研究者から見るともっと酷い事になってて(各時代の)若手研究者の雇用、事務スタッフの手厚いサポートが無くなったわけで、既に焼け野原。それでもまだなんとか踏ん張ってるという所で現場は限界に来てる気がします。
