A SUPER time was had when we visited @TVDSB's @ChippewaTVDSB on Tuesday for Investing in Children's The Superhero in Me Family Literacy and Math Event! We love that the principal got into the spirit of the event by wearing a superhero costume!

- what an amazing first 3 days! So good to see the @ChippewaTVDSB staff and Ss! ❤️ my new role supporting J/Is and beyond excited for the year ahead! It was an amazing week of building relationships with Ss I didn’t know & completing screeners to meet our Ss where they are at! 🐆

- my back to school nightmares have started 😬 The S giving me grief was a student I taught in my first year at PC! Reached out to his mom this morning & found out he is 19 and doing an electrical apprenticeship! So proud of this young man! She also sent me a pic 😭#timeflies

-change isn’t easy. This has been one of the toughest years in my career so far, however I am SO grateful to have joined the Chippewa team & exactly one year later can truly call this place “home.” Beyond thankful to my teaching partners & new friends. Happy last day to my 7/8s!
