I had the pleasure of watching a former student talk Modern Art vs Contemporary Art. He said what he learned last year in my class, along with our field trips, completely changed his perspective. It was his chosen topic for Public Speaking class.

Just…WOW! Look at this colored pencil drawing done by rising sophomore Gabriella Sims, in honor of her parents and their anniversary. Those layers of colors, skin tones and textures are unbelievable! It is all done on a gray paper so every color and highlight is developed.
