Today, NYSED celebrated Arab American Heritage Month with a program honoring the culture and contributions of Arab Americans. Executive Secretary of the NYS Board of Pharmacy & Midwifery Dina Jazrawi gave a keynote address, and Boshra Benantar of @NorthColonieCSD served as emcee.

The Active Floor has made its way to Forts Ferry!
Awesome day in the @FortsFerryES iLab! We got to test-drive the Active Floor. 2nd &4th practiced Math &Science skills, 5th practiced for the NYS Science Test. All students will experience this awesome technology in the coming weeks thanks to our local BOCES. @NorthColonieCSD

Special congratulations to Shaker senior football player Nick Vona. Nick was an overall winner today at the annual National Football Foundation Scholar Athlete banquet. Nick is Shaker’s 9th overall winner since the Capital District chapter’s inception in 1988. Congrats Nick!
