This! I mean, I'd still have a problem with it, but nowhere near as big of a grudge if they’d committed to full transparency from the start. This might’ve landed differently if they were as transparent as they claimed to be. But the rollout felt like damage control disguised.
I'd really have no problem with any of this if they simply promised an exhaustive review and report. But they paraded social media influencers around with Part 1 binders and talked about more to come. It makes zero sense how we got here.
