Another day goes by that @MercedesBenzUK take no responsibility for their vehicle and we are still left without a car or an update. Horrendous customer service

I will never ever buy a @MercedesBenzUK ever again. Their customer service is THE worst I’ve ever experienced. “We don’t know what’s wrong with your car.” “No you can’t have a courtesy car to get your kids to school and go to work.” Weeks and counting…
