PSA for teachers: if you’re feeling angry and frustrated at someone or something right now, don’t do anything about it until after half term. 90% chance you’re making each other nuts because you’re all tired. And that includes students. Give yourself and everyone else some grace.

Needed a new project so I’ve decided to make worksheets and accompanying videos to review each Unit of the GCSE Maths course. Unit 1 Higher (Number) just went LIVE on YouTube. I actually think these would be really powerful as a cover lesson. https://t.co/9V6AxONXRm

The more I work on curriculum, the more I realise it’s less about control and more about care. Care in how ideas connect. Care in how much pupils can hold in mind. Care in giving them time to revisit before it fades. The principles are evidence-based, but the reason is human.
