This pandemic has already revealed that: - schools are so much more than just schools. - many people now realize how tough it is to be a teacher and that teachers are grossly underpaid. - teachers are irreplaceable and essential to learning and education. #homeschooling

#ThoughtForTheDay No matter how many times a student tells you they don’t care about school or whether they succeed or not remember that no child wants to be a failure. Some will try & convince u but it’s in those moments when they need u the most. Believe in all kids. #Culturize

It's easy to get discouraged in waiting seasons. That's why it's wise to fill the gap between here & there by proclaiming every hint of God’s activity. We can make a list & acknowledge that just because God is silent in one area of our life doesn’t mean He’s silent in every area.

“My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly of my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may rest upon me.” | 2 Corinthians 12:9 Sweet friend, we aren’t enough, but God is.

God's power is made perfect in our weakness. We can’t do it all, but He can.

The process of longsuffering isn’t a cruel way to keep us from God's promises; it’s the exact preparation we need to handle His promises. So don't lose heart, my longsuffering friend. He's strengthening you. He's perfecting and preparing you. There's purpose to this process.

Grace to you, my friends. There is, therefore, no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus! If Jesus doesn’t condemn you, then don’t condemn yourself! Jesus gives grace, so give grace to yourself and others today.

God was never withholding it from me - he had placed the desire in my heart in the first place. Rather, he was preparing me. He was renewing my mind, maturing me, and making me stronger, so that when I did step into my dream, I was prepared to handle it well.

Sometimes the most powerful prayers are the most simple. And right now is a great moment to pray a simple prayer. Not sure what to even say? Go to a promise you’re clinging to in God’s Word. Lift it up as a prayer. Because when we pray the Word of God, we pray the will of God.

What if God wants to change us through this before He changes our circumstances in this? A good question in the midst of unanswered prayer. In the places where we feel like God is ignoring us, may we remember He is actually leading us & loving us by saying “not yet.”

Real faith isn’t a hopeful wish. Real faith is making the decision that no matter the outcome, we’ll choose to see it as God’s perfect answer. Through the good. Through the not so good. And even through the down right awful—we will trust God.
