A new type of typeface might be beneficial to neurodivergent readers! 🤯 It's called bionic reading — the first few letters are bolded, making it easier for readers to glide through text and stay focused. (links in reply)

I did it!! Thankful, and so glad I'm done. I survived this during covid, while pregnant, and then finished it with a newborn. A lot of work, but excited to add those 4 letters to my name (and some extra dollars to my paycheck)

Older students are still kids, even if they have bigger bodies. No adults are in your classrooms. We still need to give them patience, grace, and help them develop socially and emotionally.
