Deeply disappointed with the lack of communication from @BarrattHomes . We are going in to week 7 of my issue not being resolved. Due to poor workmanship my brick piers fell during the storm. My garden has not been secure, people coming on to my property totally unacceptable

Getting fed up with @OctopusEnergy now. What is the point in having smart meters if I have to send you my gas reading? My electricity is sending fine, my gas was fine until April last year. I’m tired of contacting you constantly about this. Sort it out

It’s a disgrace that you only have 12 months to raise a complaint to @NHSLanarkshire. For my father’s medical records after he passed away last year, took months to go through and majority is being dismissed as it happened over a year ago.

So disappointed in @AvantiWestCoast issued tickets for standard seating not standard prem that I paid for. Having not travelled with them before I didn’t know any different until 10 mins before I got off the train. Raised a complaint, not one feck given
