Fresh squid dissection and squid ink tattoos! Zoology students learned the squid’s anatomy and also learned to prep the squid to make calamari! We fried it up for our review day today! 🦑

We had so much fun in Zoology today dissecting fresh squid! Tomorrow, we will fry up some of what they prepared today from their own squid! Carter gave himself a squid ink tattoo and Hayden was toying with the idea of some raw calamari…😬

It has been difficult to come up with the words to express the loss that Castle High School experienced today. There just aren’t enough words to adequately describe what Fred Bracher means to CHS and the community. He will be dearly missed by everyone whose life he impacted.

Come out to Friedman Park on Sept. 18 and support the kids at Riley Hospital for Children! We are hosting a 3K and Cornhole Tournament. The cost is $5, with donations accepted. Lolly’s Pops and STUFT food trucks will be there. Come join the fun!

@CastleGirlsGolf with another nice early season performance. This time with a 6th place finish at the State Preview with the best teams in the state. Hailey Kirkland tied for 10th and Lydia Bauersfeld tied for 13th.
