100% agree with this! ASN teaching is not a runner up prize
We are not and should not be second choice or a runner-up prize. The sector we work in requires highly dedicated, committed, resilient, skilled emapathetic people who want to be there and understand their role. It is a hard job, a rewarding job and definitely not for everyone.

For school work, this latest research, including using eye tracking, shows the importance of removing background clutter. We are busy writing at the moment so a bit quiet, but there are lots of exciting new resources coming after the summer. #cvi
