From the multiple angles I’ve seen—and this seems to be the clearest one—it does not look like the ICE officer who shot the woman was in any real danger when he opened fire into the vehicle. Fleeing an encounter because you’re scared should not be a death sentence.
A witness shared this video with me showing an ICE officer shooting a driver in an SUV in south Minneapolis. DHS says the woman is dead.
