My son absorbs info like a sponge! I don’t even force it on him, he sees the lifestyle and takes it in naturally. It just goes to show you how important your actions are around your kids, a reminder that they’re always watching! Be a good, positive example to them from young.

Brooke was one of the first clients I took on when I started my own fitness journey, hoping to inspire people to follow me on the same path.
Having said that, Brooke has lost 2st 1lb and is certainly a lot fitter because of it.

Whilst I was away I was working on a little project, I came up with this idea because as a prisoner football isn’t always available to you and it messed with me mentally (18 months ❌⚽️) so within 2021 I’ll be incorporating a football team with my clothing line
