Bro no one does Wazifa late at night you can amend your point most of them do Recitation of Dewani or even other stuff but not Wazifa. Wazifa is done in the morning or late at night.
We need something like this in the north. Some mosques start playing recitation or preaching from 12am till dawn non stop. Some start from 1am till dawn. Some do musaffa, some wazifa all at midnight. Some start playing cassettes from 4am till subhi. No respect for privacy at all.
