Delighted to share that I became a father to a beautiful baby girl last Wednesday! .Sadly both mother & baby suffered difficulties afterwards, but were finally able to leave hospital after 6 days of terrible lows & massive moments of joy. Daughter & I pictured here leaving.

Great to witness @bushontheradio & @RichieFirth complete their 200 mile cycle ride for @cashforkids on @absoluteradio. Afterwards I was forced into going on an Arsenal stadium tour, plus it was really hot on the Piccadilly Line, so great achievements from all of us really.
