If 65% of UK adoptive parents have experience challenging & Violent behaviour from their children at some point (see @AdoptionUK barometer) how can we ethically continue to with recruitment without training (rather than 'prep') & support being front and centre of #YouCanAdopt.

Visited my hometown Union flags on dozens of lampposts. I would say I'm patriotic but my flavour of patriotism is one of inclusion, pride and openness not exclusion and closed borders. This does not feel like that. I dont want some weak shouty nationalism.#unionjack
