I took another look at @Google Willow chip. I've been asked a number of times about the confusing difference between Sycamore chip's Random Circuit Sampling and Willow's RCS. My @Forbes explains it.

$IonQ appears to be preparing for a potential merger or acquisition. Recently, the company updated its executive compensation plans, broadening and clarifying the scope of protections. Notably, it specifies that if the CEO’s position changes as a result of an M&A, it will be.
