Thank you Lambton-Kent-Middlesex. It's been the honour of my life to serve as your MPP. You sent me to Queen's Park 12 years ago - October 6, 2011. Today is our last, together, on this journey. We weren't just marking time. We made a difference. I'm forever grateful.
This is a disgrace. Drivers get goods to market. Let's show them some respect.
And businesses: ensure your washroom facilities are properly cleaned. Let’s all work together.
Stop telling every young person to go to university.
Careers in the skilled trades are lucrative, meaningful, and you can be your own boss.
There's as much merit in being an electrician, chef, or arborist, as there is in being a banker or a professor.
Stop telling every young person to go to university.
Ontario is facing a labour shortage crisis.
We need parents and teachers to be telling students that there is just as much merit in being an electrician, chef, or plumber as there is in being a professor or an accountant.
Why do so many parents think the only way for their children to be successful in life is by going to university?
There are more than 140 skilled trades in Ontario - many of which pay six figures, with pensions and benefits.
It’s time we end the stigma around the

We need more parents, teachers and guidance counselors showing young people the rewarding possibilities that exist in the trades.
Careers in the skilled trades are well-paying, meaningful and in-demand.

Truck drivers are some of our unsung heroes. Thanks for getting our goods to us.

Amazing news, Ontario.
Premier Ford picked up the first "Made in Ontario" PPE from Woodbridge Group. They will make millions of masks.
This is the Ontario Spirit. ❤️❤️❤️
My heart is with the people of Ukraine. As Minister responsible for immigration in Ontario, I will do everything that I can to welcome those looking to escape this crisis.
Dropped by our local corner store this morning. Thankful our government is fighting to ensure beer and wine can be sold close to home. Corner stores, box stores, grocery stores - all convenient locations for customers to buy beer and wine.
"I can't tell you how many times I've met young people and they say to me, 'I know how to become a doctor, I know how to become a lawyer or a teacher but I have no idea how to become an electrician or a carpenter."
We are fixing this. Now.
Very proud to launch this ad today.

Goodbye - and good riddance - to Dalton McGuinty and Kathleen Wynne's Green Energy Act. It is gone and so are 758 unnecessary energy projects.
Promise made. Promise kept.
By closing the book on the Green Energy Act we are opening Ontario for business. No more wasteful pet projects. No more hidden taxes and fees. No more choosing between heating and eating. Just real savings for everyday people.

Not all heroes wear capes...they also wear scrubs.
Thank you to our health care and hospital workers who sacrifice time with their family and friends over the holidays to make sure our loved ones get the care they need.
The Conservatives’ plan to kill carbon pricing and rush to balance the budget will put as many as 40,000 public sector jobs at risk. That means higher class sizes, longer waits for healthcare and fewer community supports.
My mission 🚀 is to get more young people into the skilled trades.
