Just be careful as if the credit card company do a charge back on the live booking, Premier Inn will cancel the room. I have no way of telling which booking is live and which one is extra.

Although sadly the rates relief is only temporary, through to April ‘23. Hopefully a more lasting solution can be found quickly.
A note of caution on draft beer relief for pubs, welcome as it it is -- veteran Budget-watcher @MonkComms points out, rising fuel costs squeezing margins more than the cut will help, business rates reduction probably more of a help than 3p in duty off a pint
