Phenomenal application to tailor ablation therapy using local unipoles. The hyperfocus on hitting a recommended target often overshadows the information communicated by the tissue.

We’re continuing to explore new uses for @AbbottCardio’s latest #OTNearField software update on #EnSiteX. In our PVI, we used the realtime peak-frequency measurements of distal ablation to help assess block into the pulmonary veins. Sharp signals begone! #AbbottProud #EPeeps

@EM_RESUS @jeffrey_vinocur @DidlakeDW There are 3 putative internodal tracts, Thorel, Wenkebach and anterior. But they are not insulated fascicles like the bundle branches. Only preferential conduction paths due to the orientation of fibers.

#Epeeps @hapa_EP @vish_luther @can_yontar Here's a nice set of maps of the conduction system in health and disease. I don't see this type of map described much or posted often on Twitter, but have found them to be immensely helpful in certain cases. Do you make use of such maps?

It was such a great honor to speak at the 2022 @SignalsSummit. Technology should evolve to meet your needs, you shouldn’t have to evolve your practice around its limitations. I hope you enjoy this brief overview. https://t.co/Vxho9i59Wt. @EladAnter @BioSig_Tech

3rd Time REDO AF / Atypical Flutter. 80k Omnipolar points mapped in minutes using HD Grid and Ensite X which led to a clear ablation strategy and a nice result. 1🔥term. #AbbottMapsOhio #MidAmericaEP @EPCece @AbbottCardio

Lines of block from regions of scar organize AF into flutter-like bystander rhythm in the RA. Note the decreasing complexity as the splines approach the funnel point. Interesting observation to apply to our AF interpretation. #AbbottAF #HDGrid #MidAmericaEP @AbbottCardio

(1/3) I find it can be difficult to know exactly where to ablate from an ILAM. Points you in general direction but where exactly? This case was fun. Ischaemic CMP with LVAD. Constructed ILAM 3 ways. See how it relates to clinical VT in next post. #EPeeps
