A Ramsar site is a wetland site designated to be of international importance. Zimbabwe designated a total of 7 Ramsar Wetland sites: i. Victoria Falls, ii. Driefontein Grasslands, iii. Mana Pools, iv. Lake Chivero, v. Monavale Vlei, vi. Chinhoyi Caves and vii. Cleveland Dam.
