MMRT were called on Saturday evening to assist a baby goat that was stranded on a ledge at the Grey Mare's Tail waterfall.

Call-out: At 17:12 on Saturday 15th March Police Scotland asked for the assistance of Moffat MRT to attend the Grey Mares Tail waterfall near Moffat to rescue a stranded goat. Thankfully the goat was able to rescue itself and no further action was taken.

Callout: At 19:07 on Monday 30th December Moffat MRT was asked by @PoliceScotland to aid search for a vulnerable missing person near Moffat. After a coordinated search effort the missing person was located safe and well outwith the search areas.

MMRT were called to assist the rescue of an injured Mountain Biker alongside Scottish Ambulance Service colleagues at Ae Forest.

Callout: At 12:26 on Saturday 2nd November @PoliceScotland asked for the assistance of Moffat MRT to come to the aid of an injured Mountain Biker in Ae Forest. The casualty was assessed and treated before being carried from the hillside to a waiting @Scotambservice crew.

Callout: At 17:27 on Tuesday 15th October Moffat MRT were asked to assist in the rescue of an injured mountain biker near Coulter village. 15 members of Moffat MRT and 3 members of @TweedValleyMRT attended the callout to rescue the injured biker and hand over to @Scotambservice.

MMRT were called out to the Ruthwell area where a multiagency search operation was successfully carried out for a vulnerable missing person.

Callout: At 23:56 on Saturday 31st August @PoliceScotland Police asked for the assistance of Moffat MRT and @NithRescue to aid in the Search and Rescue of a missing person in the Ruthwell area. The person was found and handed over to a @Scotambservice crew for further assessment.

🌟Callout🌟 At 14:11 on Sunday 30th June @PoliceScotland asked Moffat MRT to assist in the search for a walker who had become separated from their party on Culter Fell. The team located the walker, assessed their condition and brought them back to Coulter village.

🌟Callout 🌟 At 16:40 on Sunday 23rd June @PoliceScotland asked for Moffat Mountain Rescue Team to assist in the rescue of an injured walker in the Carrifran Valley in Moffat. The casualty was assessed on scene and assisted off the hillside safely.

Callout: At 11:39 on Saturday 9th March @PoliceScotland asked Moffat MRT to assist in the rescue of a walker on Tinto hill in Lanarkshire. Together with @TweedValleyMRT, HM Coastguard R199 and @Scotambservice the casualty was safely transferred to hospital.
