Along the right lines, but not quite accurate. 'Anarchy' comes from 'no ruler', though collaboration is deeply intrinsic to the ideology - mutual aid. The public mostfly feed off of the misinterpretation of gov't/media and again, don't read deeper than what's in front of us.
