Attorney General Bailey has fought relentlessly for Missouri agriculture and this is another example. This association has fought like hell over the last decade against private companies trying to take private land for private gain. Great to have a win but the fight is not over.
🚨BREAKING: I have received confirmation from the Department of Energy that the loan guarantee for the Grain Belt Express has been withdrawn. Thank you @POTUS and @SecretaryWright. This is a HUGE win for Missouri landowners and taxpayers who should not have to fund these green.
