I am excited to announce that I will be committing to Lincoln Trail College to continue my academic and athletic journey. I’d like to start by thanking God for all the gifts he has given me and allowing me to play the game I love. Of course I’d like to thank my amazing parents

Great example of using objective data collection to expedite progress!
In just a handful of bullpens, Isaac Sullivan has made significant strides with his lower half. Here’s how he went from being stuck over the rubber to creating more force and momentum down the mound — backed by NewtForce data. 🧵@alphabsb @TBros11 @DBachman22 @isaacsullivan26

if you don't know where to start Throw every other day Start with football and progress to baseball Linearly progress volume either by distance, velo or by time. Add volume little by little from week to week Hope this helps.🧵

Stay Patient. Ideally We introduce intensity in December/ January Blend getting off slope in January/ February leading into tryouts

These tools help the arm move efficiently without rushing the intent curve. It’s about feeling athletic and connected before adding velocity.

In the early stages to keep arm speed in a controlled window we utilze weighted implements such as a football or Constraint drills.

At @AlphaPitching @alphabsb We utilize radar guns + Driveline Pulse sensors to monitor arm speed, torque, and total workload. We also utilize tools like Armcare app and Flexpro Grip to check shoulder strength, range of motion as well as the muscles and tendons in the forearm

After a long shutdown, your arm needs time to rebuild capacity. Start light. Track your workload. Earn intensity over time. Think big picture/ long term here

It’s easy to feel pressure when you see other guys your age already throwing bullpens. Ignore that noise. They’re on a different timeline. Yours needs to match your readiness.

You’re not behind. But you can get yourself in trouble by rushing the ramp-up. The only wrong move right now is too much, too soon.

Late October and early November usually mark the start of throwing ramp-ups. The offseason is here, and 2026 is on the horizon. Typically guys fall into 4 buckets approaching the offseason. For this post I want to address pitchers who’ve shut down since summer ball🧵⬇️

Big fan of anchored constraints Last season FB Pr was 75. This is a figure 8 with a 6oz ball. Going to be a fun ramp up
