Being on placement over the Christmas period is so festive and fun but finding time to teach in a timetable that has been overtaken by concert rehearsals and Christmas activities is pretty much impossible! 😖

I was far too jealous of everyone that had one for last years placement so I had to make sure I had mine for this year 📒📚 thank you @TPositiveTC

Introducing a voice level system into the classroom on professional practice worked a treat. Children knew what was expected of them, the noise level was more acceptable and the quality of the work produced was much better🤩. Credit: @Miss_J_Kerr for letting me magpie the idea🤣

Today in Y6 we looked at poems that could be read forwards & backwards. I was stunned by this one written by one of my 10 year olds. Please share - I would love her work to be appreciated further afield. I wonder if it could even find a publisher?
