We don’t often enough notice these moments… we notice the result or the situation, but we forget the groundwork put in by that teacher, before and after, to make that relationship what that kiddo needs. 🙌🏻❤️

While the principal is the thermostat, the culture of a school is created by everyone in the school. Walk in a school and see how the front office staff talks and interacts or the staff /teachers in the hallway. Everyone is ultimately responsible for a positive school culture.
