Katie. Not Katy, Kate, Kati, Katherine, Catherine, Kathy. It's really not that hard. I remember the day my old boss addressed me as katherine and I ignored him until he called me Katie and I had to explain to him that my name is Katie, not Katherine.

As long as your kids know the words are bad and they shouldn't use them in front of people they don't know or those with an important social standing (police offices, teachers etc...) I don't see a problem. It teaches them to understand different people's boundaries. #noproblem
