No surprise to me that Canadian @Mislawchuk rocked the 70.3 today to win in Pucon. When you out run Jason West by 2 minutes you know you've got the goods to be a force at this new race distance. Well done to our 3x Olympian as he tests his fitness over 3+ hours of racing.

Fun to join the junior group where it all began. Coach @gary_pallett had such a huge impact on my development as a triathlete and person over the years. More specifically Gary and the team started coaching me at 16 with a Personal best of 6:48 for 400m swim time
