Fun fact: I hate heights but always step out of my comfort zone. I could never jump from a plan. - It was actually not nearly as bad as I expected. I felt free like a bird flying up there in the sky! Highly suggest paragliding! What an epic day & couldn’t ask for better weather!

The Father out of His Love and mercy expressed through the sacrifice of Christ and applied to us through His Spirit saves us from it.

Today’s BSF lesson was a timely reminder for me.
▪At creation God established the need for human beings to rest. Our minds & bodies cannot sustain constant pressure without intentional time to replenish.
▪Our spirits need dedicated time to stop activity and focus on God.
