The buzz around the ground 3hrs before kick off was impressive, yes I might have been pissed but a pizza soon sobered me up.

Obviously not the result or performance we’d hoped for but everything else was perfect, the buzz when Kvara got the ball, the fanculo Lazio chants, the “Kim Kim Kim Kim” whenever Min Jae did anything at all.
Brilliant atmosphere from a city that’s in love with their team.

If you’ve been to London/Paris or any major city you know it’s not going to be the cleanliest place in parts. Naples was no different for me, if you’re going expecting utopia forget it. For me though it wasn’t anything shocking, just what I expected, a city.

I won’t lie I was a bit concerned about getting back from the football late and staying out for drinks.
Nothing to be worried about though, every local we spoke to was friendly. If you get in amongst it and don’t act like a tourist, they’ll treat you like one of there own. 💙
