Iād recommend trying out the new Yoga Ball and Pull-ups workouts. Yoga is definitely my new favorite.
What workouts yāall be doing on 24?.Trying to if thereās anything easier than what I been doing,.Treadmill, box jumps, agility ladder, battle ropes, then medicine ball is the one killing me šš need a replacement.
